99% of people who go after Probate Deals are doing it the wrong way!

In many states, handling real estate is a big issue. You need to know how the property was titled at the time of death. Things can get confusing when you have a current spouse, ex-spouse, and children involved particularly when some of the children are minors. The average spread on traditional wholesale deals ranges from $10K to $20K whereas the average spread on a probate deal ranges from $50K to $70K.
